Just random food features of old favorites and a fairly new tea place that caught my fancy.
Will discuss here anything and everything under the sun. Thanks for stopping by and hanging out with me... :)

The High End Tea Place Of 'Em All

Milk tea places stormed the metro around third quarter of last year. It also created quite a cult following. Some of them pledged allegiance to one particular milk tea brand and would not even budge to try out any other brands. I, myself, became addicted to milk teas at one point and did my own rounds. But this new tea place at BGC excites me the most. So far, this has been the chicest, trendiest tea place that I've ever been. Hands down!

Food Tripping At Megamall

I admit, aside from being one of the fashion mall capital of the metro, SM Megamall is also a food haven. Just a quick look at The Atrium area of the mall and you would see my point. A testament to this fact was when Megamall held their very first Mega Food Sale last year. I dined here quite a few times but there's still a lot of restaurants for me to try. Some of which have been here for quite a while but I was only able to try just today.

FACE OFF: Milk Tea Places To Love
![]() |
jasmine tea & half & half toast |
Milk tea places has been sprouting in the metro left and right. There's just so many I can't even begin where to start. I even got a tip from my friend Kaz about a new milk tea place in Greenhills named Dakasi which I'm planning to visit anytime soon. While I would never ignore the coffee shops that I usually frequented, there's no denying the impact milk teas has made to the general public. And I must confess, a good milk tea drink could inspire a different kind of high on me that a good cup of coffee could also do. While the craze has died down somewhat, it seems that milk teas are here to say. Or that's what I would hope.
